METHOD OF SHIPMENT- DOMESTIC
All orders for in-stock merchandise usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement. Unless otherwise specified, we will use either Federal Express or UPS Ground Service for shipments with in the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. (Please refer to the rate chart below.)

Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of you order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has shipped and to supply you with a tracking number. If you have questions about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information.

Orders requested to be shipped 2-Day or Overnight will be sent out the next business day.

Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For addresses outside the United States, shipping procedures will vary.

International orders require higher shipping costs, which will be determined just prior to shipping. An additional charge with the balance of the total shipping not already charged with the initial order will be made when the order is shipped. DUTIES, TARIFFS & IMPORT TAXES
You, as the customer, will be responsible for any duties, tariffs or import taxes.

BACK ORDERS
Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items. When the remainder of your order becomes available, we will at that time send it to you with no additional shipping charges. However, this does not apply to custom orders or to new items not yet available from the manufacturer. Your order will be charged at once, in full, for all items you order regardless of their in stock/back order status.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. Try on any clothing or equipment indoors and make sure they fit properly BEFORE you use them. If you have any concerns please call us at 1.800.333.5299.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For a full refund or exchange, the item you are returning must be in its original condition and packaging. Any items that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear (i.e. dirt, scratches, stains) are not considered in its original condition and may not be returned. Please fill out the return form you received with your order. Send the completed form and a copy of your dated receipt along with the item to The Official's Corner within 30 days of purchase. Send your return to us via UPS, Federal Express, insured U.S. mail or by any other trackable source. We are not responsible for any packages you return that are "lost in the mail." All refunds will be for the price of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If it was through our error that you received the wrong item, we will gladly pay all shipping charges incurred in returning the item to us and shipping out the correct item to you. If you change your mind and need to exchange an item for color, style or size, the following procedure will be followed. You will pay the shipping cost to return the item to us, but we will send you the replacement item with no further shipping charges. This procedure will also be followed when a defective item still under warranty is returned.


Exchanges will take 7-10 business days, possibly longer during times of highest volume. If you need an item sooner, please call 1.800.333.5299 for options.

DISCOUNTS / GIFT CERTIFICATES
Flat group discounts available through phone orders or using the form from our catalog are not available on the website, unless you have been provided with a promotional code, in which case said code must be used to take advantage of the discount.

Gift certificates cannot be used on the website at this time. If you have a gift certificate, please call 1.800.333.LAXX to place your order and receive further instructions.

SALES TAX
Pennsylvania residents must add 6% sales tax to their order. The sales tax is on non-clothing merchandise only.
